Diddy upset over some Grey Goose?

Diddy is cleaning up his mess stemming from an incident over the weekend. The Bad Boy mogul was captured on camera scolding a clubgoer at a BET Hip-Hop Awards event at Compound in Atlanta. Now he has come forward to apologize for his behavior.

Diddy, who is the ambassador for Ciroc, reprimanded a patron after he spotted him sipping a competing vodka Grey Goose, hurling all sorts of profanities his way. “Put that shit down. What the f**k you gon’ do, ni**a? You’re in my house, ni**a. F**k outta here!” he fired, while appearing to throw something in the man’s direction.

T.I. jumped in to diffuse the situation. “Puff, you got too much motherf**kin’ money for that shit, ni**a. Let them ni**as drink what the f**k they want to drink. F**k that shit!” he said. “I love you ni**a, you know I’d go to war with you, but come on, man.”

Diddy took to Twitter to apologize for his actions during a late-night rant.

“I’m a child [of] God and I should be better no matter what somone says to me. I’m sorry for the ignorant way I repesented myself and us,” he wrote. “To all my childen of God … I have backslid and regressed. Forgive me for my ignorance. Pray for me pls. I know better and I am better.”

He continued, “I have a responibility that I promise I will live up to. And I’m more dissapointed in myself than you know. I will humble myself and learn. Bottom line is I’m sorry to all! Pls find it in your heart to accept my apology. I will do better and be Greater And a source of positivity!”

Lil' Eazy E to star in 'Straight Outta Compton'?

Ever since Ice Cube's announcement back in 2009 that he'd be producing an NWA biopic, "Straight Outta Compton," there's been little to go on save an intriguing list of potential directors (Peter Berg?Really?).

For all of you keeping track, here's another clue to bag. Eazy E's rapper son Eric Wright Jr., whose stagename is Lil' Eazy E ("Chet Haze" was taken), told TMZ he's in talks to star as his famous dad. According to the interview, there've been no formal auditions, and Wright's acting experience is limited. But c'mon! His name is Lil' Eazy E. In the bag!

Nas to release memoir in 2012

A year from now, we’ll all have heard Nas’ next album (hopefully) and will be able to sit down and read his tell all memoir entitled It Ain’t Hard To Tell. Co-written by TourĂ©, Nas will delve into his beefs with Jay-Z and Bill O’Reilly, his past relationships with Carmen Bryan and Kelis, and his mother’s battle with cancer. Shouts to XXL on the heads up.

Nas says Frank Ocean is one of the brightest new stars

It takes true talent to command Nas’ attention. The hip-hop icon continues to single out Frank Ocean, calling him one of today’s brightest new stars.

“Frank Ocean is just a new gust of wind to move things out the way and give us something new,” the “Nasty” MC previously told Billboard of the Odd Future crooner, who’s worked with Jay-Z, Kanye West, and BeyoncĂ©.

During a recent interview with Toronto’s Flow 93.5, he elaborated on who he was referring to, saying, “Just the garbage, the garbage pail kids out there that’s everywhere.”

The discerning Nas bestowed praise on the “Novacane” singer. “Everybody just don’t have it, so somebody that comes out like Frank Ocean and does it his way and sings his way, it’s fresh, it’s good for the game,” he explained.

The two have been in the studio together and Nas is counting on their collaborations to make his upcoming album. “I need Frank Ocean on the album. We actually started working, so I gotta finish it.”

Nas is expected to announce an official title and release date for his 10th album in the next week.
